Life Is Like A Puzzle

This is the way I see things, we're all like a thousand piece puzzle. There are pieces that don't fit, there are pieces that kind of fit but just aren't quite right, and then there's the one piece that fits perfectly. But you usually encounter the wrong ones while trying to find the right fit. Now if you apply that to us and relationships, it explains it perfectly. In trying to find that perfect person for us, we end up with people who are totally wrong, people who give us what we want but aren't necessarily what we need..the pieces that look right but don't fit. And then eventually and hopefully we find the perfect piece that fits. But like searching through all the pieces to find the right one, you go through different people and the wrong ones so you know exactly what the right one should be like. You have to work a little to get to the end product. Giving up is hard to do when you've come so far but going on seems like a waste of time because it seems like the right piece will never surface. But when you know the outcome will be cool, unbelievable, awesome, and best of all, right, is giving up really worth it? Take a break, think it over, find better ways to "attack", pay more attention, just find better ways to go about solving this puzzle from your angle, and you'll be rewarded for that in the big picture.
