Dom: Hi, I'm Dom. I'm 27 but learned some powerful lessons as a teenager that caused me to create this blog years ago. I grew up with a very supportive family but due to certain life changes, I started turning into an angry and pessimistic person. After years of not liking who I was, I decided I needed to make a change. I created a process that not only helped me through those anger issues, but also pinpoint the cause of my anger. This brought me back into the positive nature I once had. I started this blog to express my thoughts on what I think holds us back from being a better person. Things that we chalk up to as, "This is just how I am", or "I can't change".
